Questions
Pricing, plainly.
Is Standard really free forever?
Yes. Standard isn't a trial or a demo. There are no limits on files, objects, groups or version history, and you never need an account. Pro is how we pay for Objentra's development.
Why does Pro need an account?
Only to hold your licence. Sign in with your email or Google; the account is free, and Standard works without one. Your account never holds your files, and Objentra never uploads them.
Do I pay separately for AI?
Not to us. Models that run on your computer cost nothing. If you prefer a cloud provider, you add your own key and the provider bills you directly for what you use.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose to upgrade or carry on with Standard. Every link, property and note you made during the trial stays, AI links included. AI stops making new suggestions, Sync pauses, and AI apps disconnect until you upgrade.
Yearly or Lifetime?
Both unlock exactly the same Pro. Yearly is $59 and renews each year until you cancel. Lifetime is $179 once: Pro and every update to it, for as long as Objentra is offered, with nothing to renew.
And if I cancel yearly Pro later?
Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. After that, your files and everything you built stay on your computers and keep working in Standard. Each computer keeps the copy it already has.
How many computers can I use Pro on?
Up to 5 computers at a time, for one person. Got a new computer? Remove the old one from your account or from Objentra's settings, and its place is free again. Standard has no limit at all.
Which computers does Objentra run on?
Mac, Windows and Linux. Download it free; Pro works on all three.
Who handles payments?
Polar, our reseller and merchant of record. Polar charges your card, calculates sales tax or VAT, and sends you the invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment, yearly, renewal or lifetime, and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Your files and everything you made stay on your computers and keep working in Standard.
